What card types can I accept?
Your National Processing Solutions merchant account supports all major networks: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Wright Express, along with all pin based debit networks. We can also help you with gift and loyalty cards!
What should I look for when choosing a payments processor?
As with any other facet of your business, you want to work with true professionals who know their business and make it their job to understand your needs as well. Every day our staff of former bank employees comes to our professional office space in the Key Bank building in downtown Dayton, Ohio, ready to provide exceptional service to our merchants. It is important to know where your data is being housed. Many salespeople in this industry work out of their homes or cars. Do you want your critical personal information (address, date of birth, social security number, and bank account information) driving all over town, or left out in someone’s home? Our clients can trust that their sensitive information is housed in secure filing cabinets in a secure office in a professional office tower.
It’s important to know what you are paying for and how you are paying it. It only makes sense to pay for what you use, but some companies will charge you a monthly minimum fee or early termination fee if you decide to leave them. NPS believes we have to earn your business every day and sticking you with exorbitant fees or holding you hostage with an early termination fee isn’t a very good way to inspire your loyalty.

How do I get free equipment?
While some competitors offer free equipment, we do not. The reason for this is simple. If we give you free equipment, we will charge you more on your processing to recoup our expense. Anyone who says otherwise is likely lying, or won’t be in business long enough to worry about it.
